Dismantling of a galvanizing bath

In 2019, Techno-Mark completed replacement of a galvanizing bath. The first stage of the project consisted of dismantling and lifting of the bath from the pit using Hydraulic Lifting Gantries. The galvanizing bath was moved lengthwise and rotated to be loaded on a truck. Hydraulic Rotation Table with the capacity up to 500 tonnes was used for rotation of the galvanizing bath. Installation of a new galvanizing bath was completed after the old one had been relocated. It tool us two working shifts to complete all stages of the project.
