Siempelkamp press installation

In 2017 the specialists of Keen-Mark company carried out works on delivery and installation of a Siempelkamp press. The main task was to overload the frame of the press weighing 120 tons from railway conveyor on modular road train, transportation of the cargo to the shop and installation to the designed place. Also it was necessary to mount the manipulator.

Unloading of the frame of the press was carried out by thehydrauluc system Lift Systems 44 A, it allowed to carry out works in limited space of the factory railway deadlock. For optimization of the installation process two systems Enerpac 1100 and Lift Systems 44A were used it allowed to reduce the time of installation considerably and optimize the budget of the project.
