Installation of Raute press

In 2018 the specialists of “Keen -Mark” company took part in the project on installation of a press designed for production of plywood for Finnish company Raute which specializes in the fields of woodworking technologies and particularly in production of plywood and Laminated Veneer Lumber. “Keen -Mark” task was an assistance in installation of heavy elements of the bed of the press, including turning of the press and positioning it into the pit.

The works were quite complex due to the limited space of the workshop, which did not allow us to use conventional truck cranes. In this case it was decided to use hydraulic gantry system of “Keen-Mark” company. This set of equipment allows us to work with the loads up to 210 tons in a limited space (on both sides of the load and above the load).
